First Day.

Yesterday we started our third year of DMP and it seems like an exciting period of study time. To begin we’ll be doing the specialist project where we incorporate our own skills from the previous years. For this 10 week project I’ve decided to film first 10 minutes of a film I’ve been writing called Savoury Things (working title) Obviously it’s a big undertaking but I’m going to really put all my energy into creating this. It’ll link with my dissertation in regards that the film is a teen comedy which British cinema doesn’t often create so it will be interesting to research into teen comedies. Throughout this project I’ll be producing and directing the piece and most likely editing. I’ll be writing more on this shortly. So stayed tuned!
